Booking Policy 

Dietary Requirements

Please inform us of any specific dietary requirements before your visit so we can accommodate you appropriately.


Reservation Policy

When you make a reservation at Amici, you offer to book a table with us. Your reservation is not confirmed until:

  • You have provided valid credit card details, and

  • You have received a confirmation email from us.

We will contact you at least 24 hours before (via phone or email) to confirm. If we cannot reach you by 5:00 PM GMT the day before, and your reservation is not guaranteed by credit card, your table may be released to the waiting list.


Amendments to Your Booking

If there are errors in your confirmation email or you wish to amend your booking:

  • Amendments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and are subject to availability.

Note: We cannot amend bookings made via OpenTable.


Arrival Time & Dining Duration

To ensure smooth service, please observe the following:

  1. Arrive on time for your reservation.

  2. Late arrivals may be delayed to the next available time slot.

  3. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, your table may be given away.

  4. Table time limits:

    • Up to 4 guests: 1 hour 45 minutes

    • 5–6 guests: 2 hours


Table Allocation

  • Tables are assigned on arrival; we will try to honour preferences, but cannot guarantee specific areas or tables.

  • Reservations ensure a seat but not a specific table.

  • Outdoor terrace availability may affect booking sizes.


  • Credit Card Guarantee

     

  • Credit card details are required to secure your table.

  • If not provided, and there are no other obligations, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.


Deposit Requirements

  • A non-refundable holding deposit of £10 per person is required for all bookings.

  • Cancellations:

    • More than 24 hours’ notice: Deposit refunded.

    • Less than 48 hours: Deposit forfeited.

Large Groups (15+ Guests):

  • Deposit: £25 per person

  • Set menu required for groups of 12+ diners (Tue–Sun)

  • Flexibility may be offered Wed–Fri lunch if quiet—ask a manager.

Payment Info:

  • No cheques accepted.

  • Card or cash only.

Prepaid Vouchers

  • Inform us at the time of booking if using a voucher.

  • Vouchers valid for 12 months from purchase.

  • Bring original voucher upon arrival.

  • Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours render the voucher void.


Cancellation Policy

To avoid charges:

  • Cancellation charges:

    • £10 per guest for no-shows or late cancellations

  • Timeframes:

    • Up to 12 guests: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance

    • 13–24 guests: Cancel 7 days in advance for deposit refund

    • 25+ guests: Cancel 21 days in advance for deposit refund
